Pelatihan Komunikasi Interpersonal Pada Anggota Karang Taruna di Kelurahan Penggilingan

Abstract

Communication is an important skill, especially within youth social organizations such as Karang Taruna. However, field observations indicate that some of these organizations still exhibit poor communication skills, particularly in interpersonal communication. This community service project targeted the Karang Taruna organization in the Penggilingan sub-district to provide an intervention in the form of interpersonal communication training. The training employed participatory methods, including lectures, simulations or role-plays, and interactive discussions. In addition, participants were asked to complete pre-tests and post-tests to measure the program’s effectiveness and improvements in understanding. After analysis using a paired-sample t-test, it was concluded that there was an increase in understanding among the 25 members who participated in the interpersonal communication training
