PENGARUH TEHNIK RELAKSASI GENGGAM JARI TERHADAP PERUBAHAN SKALA NYERI PADA IBU POST SEKSIO SESAREA DI RSUD DR.M.M DUNDA LIMBOTO

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of finger grippingrelaxiontechnique on changes inscale of pain in the mother of post sectio Caesarea. The design of this study was observational analytic with a pre-experimental apporoach with the design of one group pretest and posttest design. With atotal population of 282 people. To determine the sample is using the Arikunto formula, so that the sample was 28 people.Data collectionis done by giving a questionnaire. The results of the study based on bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained a P value for self-care that is 0,000 where P = value < a 0,05 showed an association of the effectof Finger Grip Relaxation Techniqueon Changes in Scale of Pain in Post Sectio Saesarea Hospital Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto. Patients areadvised to maintain behavior that supports finger-held relaxation techniques so that the incidence of postoperative pain cans be prevented.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Teknik Relaksasi Genggam Jari Terhadap Perubahan Skala Nyeri Pada Ibu Post Section Saesarea. Desain penelitian ini adalah observasional analitikdengan pendekatan pre eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest and posttest design. Sampel sejumlah 28 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisa bivariat yang menggunakan uji Chi Square Test diperoleh nilai P untuk perawatan mandiri yaitu 0,000 dimana P value < α 0,05 yang menunjukan adanya hubungan Pengaruh Teknik Relaksasi Genggam Jari Terhadap Perubahan Skala Nyeri Pada Ibu Post Section Saesarea Di RSUD Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto. Disarankan kepada pasien untuk mempertahankan perilaku yang mendukung Teknik Relaksasi Genggam Jari supaya kejadian nyeri paska operasi dapat dicegah.
