AKIBAT HUKUM PEMBERIAN HAK PAKAI RUMAH DI ATAS LAUT

Abstract


Bajo tribal people who live in Torosiaje Laut village are given use rights without a use right certificate or written agreement by the government. The purpose of this research is the legal consequences of granting usage rights to the Bajo tribe community in Torosiaje Laut Village. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that (1) the government make a certificate of rights or a written agreement so that there is legal certainty for the Bajo tribe community in Torosiae Laut village. (2) It would be good for the government to clarify the use rights regarding what can and cannot be done so as not to cause problems in the future. This research uses empirical research methods which use empirical facts obtained from interviews
