Abstract


This study discusses the performance of village heads towards people who do not have health insurance, especially boat taxi entrepreneurs and the consequences for boat taxi entrepreneurs when they do not have health insurance. This research is a qualitative research using interview techniques. Based on the results of the discussion in this study it can be concluded, First, the obligation of the village head to help his village residents. Second, the importance of the ur-gency of health insurance for the community, especially boat taxi entrepreneurs.
