PENGATURAN PERLINDUNGAN BURUH PADA UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2023 TENTANG CIPTA KERJA

Abstract


This study aims to describe legal policy or government policy regarding law or law number 2 of 2022 with the omnibus law method that will be enforced and defiance of the decision of the constitutional court judge No. 91 / PUU-XVIII / 2020 which states that law number 11 of 2020 concerning incremental job cre-ation or formal defects and orders the house of representatives (DPR) to correct the maturity within two years, But ironically, the President issued the Perppu for irrational and non-objective reasons, then the Perppu was passed by the House of Representatives on December 30, 2022, and ultimately caused a social reaction in opposition to the policy because it was considered to give the red carpet to Uvestor and threaten the future of labor workers. So the author in this study, uses a type of normative legal research with a statutory, theoretical (doc-trinal), philosophical, and judge's decision. With secondary and primary legal materials and using secondary data, in order to properly explore and under-stand contextually what is the object of this study.
