HUBUNGAN GANGGUAN TIDUR TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT: TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS

Abstract


Gangguan tidur sering terjadi pada perawat di rumah sakit dan memiliki banyak dampak negatif terkait kesehatan. Terdapat kelangkaan pandangan terhadap keputusan terkait karir yang dilakukan oleh perawat yang berkaitan dengan gangguan tidur, misalnya dalam hal niat untuk berhenti berkerja (turnover intention). Riview ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara ganguan tidur dengan turnover intention dengan melakukan pendekatan tinjauan sistematis. Tinjauan sistematis ini mencari artikel yang relevan dengan menggunakan kata kunci berbasis MeSH di database Scopus dan PubMed. Kriteria inklusi dalam artikel adalah sebegai berikut: populasi-perawat yang berkerja shift, intervensi- penyebab gangguan tidur, perbandingan - tidak ada faktor pembanding, hasil - gangguan tidur menyebabkan turnover intention, desain studi - cross-sectional study, waktu - 2018 keatas, Bahasa - inggris Penilaian kualitas artikel dilakukan dengan menggunakan pedoman Joanna Briggs Institute.
Sebanyak 50.417 penelitian disaring berdasarkan judul, abstrak, dan tinjauan teks lengkap, dan diperoleh 15 penelitian yang cocok dengan kriteria inklusi yang ditentukan. Responden dalam penelitian terbatas pada perawat yang berkerja shift. Gangguan tidur berhubungan erat dengan turnover intention perawat. Gangguan tidur merupakan masalah bagi kesehatan perawat, yang memiliki hubungan erat dengan kejadian turnover intention dan turnover actual perawat di rumah sakit.
