IDENTIFIKASI DINI DAN PROMOSI KESEHATAN MENTAL YANG DIPIMPIN PERAWAT PADA ANAK DAN REMAJA DI PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN ANAK: A SCOPING REVIEW

Abstract


Pendahuluan: Masalah kesehatan mental pada anak dan remaja dapat muncul sejak dini dan tidak selalu segera dikenali. Perawat pediatrik berperan dalam identifikasi distress, edukasi, dukungan koping, dan intervensi nonfarmakologis. Tujuan: Memetakan bukti RCT mengenai identifikasi awal dan promosi kesehatan mental pada anak dan remaja di setting pediatrik. Metode: Scoping review menggunakan Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Scoping Review Methodology dan PRISMA-ScR dengan kerangka PCC. Pencarian dilakukan pada PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, dan ProQuest untuk publikasi 2023–2026. Sebanyak 13 RCT dipetakan berdasarkan populasi, setting, intervensi, peran perawat, dan luaran. Hasil: Intervensi prosedural, program berbasis sekolah, psikoedukasi, terapi bermain, intervensi keluarga, deteksi kasus komunitas, dan pendekatan digital menunjukkan manfaat terhadap kecemasan, ketakutan, depresi, distress psikologis, kesejahteraan, dan fungsi sekolah. Kesimpulan: Intervensi keperawatan berpotensi mendukung kesehatan mental anak dan remaja, tetapi bukti mengenai model yang menghubungkan identifikasi dini, intervensi, rujukan, dan tindak lanjut yang dipimpin perawat masih terbatas.
