JAMINAN PERLINDUNGAN HAM DALAM NEGARA HUKUM DAN DEMOKRASI DI INDONESIA

Abstract


Human Rights are inherent to bacteria and human existence As a being of god almighty, and a walking gift of his Honored. Elevated and protected by state, law, government. And every person for the honor and protection of human dighty the kind of research used in this juridical normative research. The state of law and democracy are the two conceptions of power mechanism in the exclusion of local governments. The two conceptions relate to one another that cannot be separated. Because one side of democracy provides a foundation and mechanism of power based in the principles of human togetherness and equality. Whereas the other side of the state of vavaah’s law gave the rule that commanding a country was not a man but a law.
