TINJAUAN HUKUM PERNIKAHAN DINI DI DESA TOROSIAJE JAYA

Abstract


This study discusses analyzing what causes early marriage in Torosiaje Jaya Village. This study uses a qualitative Case Studies method. Based on the results and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that: The causes of early marriage in Indonesia are due to other factors such as individual factors, namely physical changes caused by age growth, low education level, low economy so they decide to marry; even family factors also contribute to early marriage. Legal aspects related to the practice of marriage at a very young age. This involves consideration of the minimum age for marriage, the protection of children from early marriage, the social implications, and legislative and law enforcement efforts to discourage the practice. In many jurisdictions, regulations regarding early marriage are evolving to ensure individual rights are safeguarded and minimize the negative impact of early marriage.
