Abstract


The auction announcement must be made with the purpose of gathering interest from potential buyers or bidders and ensuring the presence of auction participants. The announcement can be in the form of advertisements, brochures, or invitations. It can be carried out through print and/or electronic media. Public access to information is necessary to ensure the right to obtain information, which is part of human rights. Transparency in public information is expected to create transparency for the community, ultimately reducing the likelihood of corruption, collusion, and nepotism in the administration of the state.
