Manajemen Bimbingan dan Konseling Digital: Tata Kelola, Relasi Terapeutik, dan Integrasi Nilai Islam

Abstract


Transformasi digital mengubah cara layanan bimbingan dan konseling direncanakan, dilaksanakan, didokumentasikan, dievaluasi, dan ditata kelola. Artikel ini merumuskan kerangka integratif manajemen bimbingan dan konseling digital yang tetap menjaga mutu terapeutik, etika profesi, keamanan data, aksesibilitas, dan nilai spiritual Islam. Kajian menggunakan pendekatan konseptual dengan sintesis naratif terhadap korpus terkurasi yang terdiri atas 50 publikasi ilmiah terbitan 2021–2026. Literatur diorganisasi ke dalam lima domain analitis: transformasi layanan digital, kompetensi konselor dan kesiapan organisasi, privasi dan tata kelola, aliansi terapeutik dan aksesibilitas, serta kecerdasan buatan dan konseling Islam. Sintesis menunjukkan bahwa konseling digital bukan sekadar pemindahan layanan dari ruang fisik ke layar, melainkan perubahan sistem yang membutuhkan desain multikanal, tata kelola data yang aman, pengembangan kompetensi berkelanjutan, dan implementasi berpusat pada pengguna. Bukti meta-analitik menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan secara keseluruhan dalam aliansi terapeutik antara psikoterapi videokonferensi dan tatap muka, sedangkan bukti terkini mengenai kecerdasan buatan memperlihatkan potensi manfaat jangka pendek sekaligus isu privasi, keselamatan, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas. Kerangka yang diusulkan mengintegrasikan enam unsur yang saling bergantung: teknologi, kompetensi profesional, tata kelola, relasi manusia, aksesibilitas, dan nilai spiritual. Inovasi digital dengan demikian perlu menempatkan teknologi sebagai medium yang disupervisi secara profesional dan menanamkan amanah, tanggung jawab, kemaslahatan, perlindungan martabat, serta sensitivitas spiritual ke dalam arsitektur layanan.
