VALIDITAS DAN RELIABILITAS SKALA KONSEP DIRI PADA REMAJA

Abstract

Self-concept is an element in personality that explains a person's behavior to achieve optimal desires. The purpose of this research is to measure self-concept in adolescents towards themselves and their surroundings. The design of this study uses psychometrics, namely research that focuses on the development, validity, and reliability of measurement instruments in the field of psychology. In the sampling technique using a random sampling system, it is a method of taking samples from the population randomly without paying attention to strata (Syafrida, 2021). The research subjects were taken as many as 93 adolescents, namely 25 men and 68 women from Indonesian universities using a Likert scale to measure individual behavior. The data analysis used in this study is the correlation analysis of SPSS version 16 for Windows with the validity taken from the highest or lowest aiken / rate. The criteria for an aitem are said to be valid if the value of V = 0.75 with p = 0.041. The number of expert judgments was 7 people (Aiken, 1985) with the lowest scale validity index of 0.500 with the lowest score of 0.420 (aitem 25) and the highest score of 0.779 (aitem 20) with 12 valid aitems.
