PENGARUH EDUKASI VIDEO ANIMASI TERHADAP SELF-EFFICACY DAN KETERAMPILAN IBU DALAM PEMBERIAN ASI DI PUSKESMAS IBRAHIM ADJIE

Metode: Penelitian quasi experimental dengan pretest-posttest control group design pada 56 responden (28 kelompok intervensi/edukasi video animasi, 28 kelompok kontrol/edukasi standar), dipilih secara consecutive sampling. Self-efficacy diukur dengan BSES-SF dan keterampilan menyusui dengan lembar observasi LATCH. Analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann-Whitney U. Hasil: Sebelum intervensi, self-efficacy dan keterampilan menyusui pada kedua kelompok mayoritas rendah. Setelah intervensi, meningkat pada kedua kelompok, namun peningkatan kelompok intervensi lebih tinggi, dengan perbedaan signifikan antar kelompok (p=0,000 untuk self-efficacy dan keterampilan). Kesimpulan: Edukasi video animasi berpengaruh signifikan meningkatkan self-efficacy dan keterampilan menyusui ibu, sehingga layak dipertimbangkan sebagai media edukasi pendamping dalam pelayanan antenatal maupun postpartum.
